Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel

To be honest, this was the BEST hotel we stayed in during our Vietnam round trip. Staff is extremely kind, helpful, not to mention the beautiful authentic uniforms, just lovely. Our room was always crazy clean, there is free transport to the city center. View from the balcony is stunning, they even paid attention to the plants on it! Breakfast was by far the best also among other hotels. I cannot recommend enough this hotel. Best wishes from Budapest, Hungary

I highly recommend Pao especially for the staff’s high-quality hospitality. We contacted Dustin to assist us even before staying at Pao. He was super accommodative towards our needs. He helped arrange transport from Hanoi to Sapa and back to Hanoi. He always took care of us by helping us arrange tours/transport and help us understand any matter. The staff is very friendly and approachable. The hotel’s decor is mind-blowing. They have indoor swimming pool, kid’s club, display of ethnic community’s fashion. The gym equipment is top-notch. It was beneficial for my strength training workouts. The food at their restaurant is mouth-watering. The tofu with tomato gravy is my favorite. We were so happy that we ate dinner at their premises everyday. Moreover, they provide wide choices for breakfast (especially Indian snacks - which is great for folks on vegetarian diet) They provide free shuttle service to Sapa central. The Moana Sapa attraction is right next to the hotel. The mountain view from the hotel seriously makes me want to consider staying at Pao again. No wonder it is a 5-start hotel. Overall, I feel that Pao is very organized and I will stay at Pao again if I come back to Sapa again.

Hotel got really nice views. However, don’t expect the best service. Hotel will charge you extra when you request for just one extra bottle of mineral water. Not the most flexible in terms of early check in or late check out as compared to other hotels in Sapa as well
