Paradise Art Hotel

We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. We arrived two days late due to car trouble, and the hotel kindly offered us complimentary accommodation for the missed nights. All praise for their professionalism and kindness — this is the first time we've experienced something like this, even though we've been spending our summers in various destinations across Greece for over 15 years. The rooms are renovated, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every two days. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and polite. The pool is well-maintained and cleaned regularly. We were satisfied with the breakfast, although I would suggest offering a bit more variety. Regardless, we truly enjoyed our stay and give our sincere compliments.

The hotel has a good location, just a short walk from Chora, and the building itself is lovely — a tasteful blend of a traditional mansion with modern design elements. It’s hard to find much better in the area. However, the service was surprisingly lacking. On an island known for its warm hospitality, we expected a more welcoming and helpful approach. The staff seemed indifferent — we weren’t even informed whether breakfast was included or where it was served. The bathroom was also in urgent need of renovation, and overall, the cleanliness didn’t quite meet expectations.

Advertised as 4 star. The location had a great view . However, it fell far short of expectations. My room was only attended to once during my stay. There was a rough making of the bed, with the towel thrown on the other single bed. I was charged €10 per night city tax. Not value for money at all. The breakfast was very basic indeed. I used the pool area. It was tired and poorly kept. The lady receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The only plus with regard to this hotel. She was delightful.
