Paradise Point Escape

Very basic accommodation, but there was everything you needed and daily cleaning was possible. I think it was definitely worth the price, although you also have to take into account that it is a bit of a walk to the city. The biggest downside is probably the service - the least pleasant compared to all my accommodations in Vanuatu.

I came to Port Vila for 5 days. I wanted you to stay in a cheap motel as I wanted to just spend on my accommodation just to sleep only. Their service was really good. The game room service every day to make up your bed and clean the room and the bathroom. Fresh travels were given everyday. Soap was also provided. Need to take your own shampoo toothbrush and another necessary bathroom items. Laundry available at extra charges. Paid 1000 vatu for every night to use the aircon. Fans available in the room for free of cost. When I arrived the very first day I saw a little ants walking around my bed and in the bathroom. This happened twice during my four nights stay. Whenever I would see the ants, I would just inform the reception and they would clean it for me. But I never had any trouble sleeping for my 4 nights. Lukily no bed bugs during my stay. Good price to just spend your nights as most of the day you are wandering outside exploring the Island. Security also available at night time and it makes you feel safe while saying. Bus stop is just outside the motel so you can pick up buses easily to go anywhere in the town.

cheap and nice motel. close to everything, cafe, mini markets, and the town center is within walking distance. wifi didn’t work well, kept disconnecting, maybe because my room was too far from the router. i was looking for a power socket and only found one on the balcony. when packing to check out, i realized there was another socket in the room, but it was blocked by the bed.
