The room was really clean, spacious and well maintained . The staff was superb (friendly and available). The hotel offers a lot of good services. Some for free such as free interior swimming pool and sauna. The location is difficult to access by bus, better with car. They offer parking. The only negative point was the mattress - way too soft for me. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the Parc Hotel Alvisse. The bar and waiting staff were delightful. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the cocktails were great. Breakfast had gluten free options which was good. It was however on the expensive side. The spa facilities were great, clean and relaxing and the robes and slippers added to this. They were clearly in the throws of building work, however these were not in action whilst were there and although visible from the outside, did not detract from our experience. The rooms were clean, however they could have been improved by having basic refreshment access e.g a kettle and tea and coffee. Also if in a double bed you still have two singles which can impact on the sleeping experience. The access to the city is easy with the bus stop outside. Overall a good stay for al the family with a lovely overall free to the hotel.

This place is a 2-star hotel pretending to be a 4-star superior. I've stayed in 4-star hotels in Asia that would easily deserve 25 stars compared to this one. The room was at least clean and the bed comfortable. But that’s about it. There was no vanity kit, no toothbrushes, the bare minimum you'd expect from a 4-star superior hotel. The complimentary water was just half a liter for two people, and it wasn’t even replenished daily. At the very least, there should be one bottle per person, per day. The bathroom has transparent doors, which is simply awkward and unnecessary: not everyone is keen on putting on a show while using the toilet. Please consider replacing them. To top it off, the reception staff couldn’t even muster a simple “good morning.” We arrived before check-in time, and the first thing we were told was a sharp “CHECK-IN IS AT 3 PM!” Never have I been greeted so poorly, especially not at a supposed 4-star hotel. The only real positive? It's right across from a bus stop. And the rooms are quiet.
