Parc Hotel Germano Suites & Apartments

Overall a pleasant experience. Breakfast can be very busy and tables unavailable. One older female member of staff in the pool snack bar was rude and lacked people skills, shouldn't be in a customer facing role (tapping her watch when early, disappearing from the counter when customers are waiting for service). Whilst the younger lady was very helpful and courteous.

Wonderful week for 8 adult family members over 4 rooms..accommodation so flexible and offered many options for getting together for outings and relaxation.

The advantages of the hotel are the breakfast, the room itself and the territory. Coming now to some strong disadvantages I can share these statements: 1. During my stay, I kindly inquired whether the hotel offered birthday organization services. I was told such services were not available. However, later I witnessed that a similar event was organized for other guests, which raised concerns about unfair treatment. 1. When I addressed this discrepancy and asked for clarification, a member of the hotel staff (at reception) spoke to me in a highly inappropriate manner with the shouting hanging up the phone. This was extremely shocking and hurtful. Although an apology followed afterward, the damage was already done. Add to this that we payed for 3 nights pretty high sum of money, and the main idea of the trip was the celebration our 2 birthdays that me and my husband have at the same date. We were traveling with 2 small kids as well… 2. AC. You can’t control or even switch off/on the AC in your room. You need to make a call to the reception and request to do it. We found it a bit weird and uncomfortable. 3. The outdoor pool. It is too small for this amount of people.
