Paris Plaza Hotel

I stayed at the hotel for two nights during my business trip to Erbil. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, although its location was a bit far from the city center. I would especially like to thank Ms. Haydeh, the Sales Manager, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay. The reception staff were also very kind and helpful. I’m grateful to all of them for their assistance

Expensive for that quality !! Uncomfortable room , bad smell , that’s good they change my room as room smell was so bad second one better , hallways red carpet painful to eyes plus overall not look healthy clean .The exchange couldn’t find near hotel.. they don’t have ATM as well in general not bad but photos on booking is a big misleading ..BUT The background music and the restaurant style in first floor with lobby itself brought me back to some Egypt hotels style in cairo plus some staffs are really nice

Honestly if there’s zero star I would actually give to this hotel I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that’s want stay in erbil. Let me start off with hotel policy they won’t allow you to have food in your room so if you order food they force to eat at dining area downstairs. And the other thing is I lost my access card To the room and they charge me 30 thousand Iraqis dinner. Also when I made reservation through the phone the deal was 45 usd for the night when I checked out they twisted the story and saying it’s was 50 USD for the night. They’re scammers I would never stay at this hotel ever again. I would not recommend this hotel anyone to stay at this hotel.
