The absolutely perfect hotel with its own beach for your vacation. We have been clients for several years. Each room has its own reserved parasol with sunbeds free of charge. You can also use the sunbeds in the garden by the pool. Each room has a reserved table. The food is absolutely amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are very diverse. Dishes from the cooking show (a la carte menu) are served at each dinner. Watermelon and ice lemonade is served every afternoon. The staff is professional and nice. There is a playground in the garden. Parking is in the closed area of the hotel. I can only recommend the hotel.
We stayed 4 nights. What a pleasure. Excellent stuff, everybody at the registration desk was helpful and kind. Great breakfast!!. Will definitely go back. Thank you for everything we just loved being there
Disappointing Stay Due to Unfair Treatment and Discrimination I recently stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, and while the hotel itself was fine and the staff generally polite and professionals, my experience was tarnished by several negative incidents that I cannot overlook. Based on these issues, I would not ever stay or recommend this hotel. 1. Unequal Treatment at Breakfast: Breakfast was included for all guests, but I noticed a clear disparity in service. Some tables were beautifully set with silverware and an additional paper cover, while others were not. I initially assumed the unprepared tables were for guests who had yet to be served or cleaned. However, each time I sat at a prepared table, I was moved, with the explanation that the table was reserved for someone else. This was frustrating, but the final straw was when a waiter rudely pulled out a hidden reservation note from beneath the table number holder, implying I should have known to check for it. This practice felt discriminatory, as it seemed some guests were given preferential treatment simply because they had additional meals included. While I paid for the same breakfast, I was forced to sit at an unprepared table and had to search for my own silverware. At one point, I couldn’t even find a spoon and had to stir my coffee with a fork! This is not acceptable, especially in a 4-star hotel. After I complained, the hotel made the reservation notes more visible, but the entire situation left a bad taste in my mouth. 2. Unfair Sunbed Reservations at the Beach: For the first four days, I used the same sunbeds and umbrella at the beach without any issues. However, on the fifth day, I was told to move because the beds were “reserved.” I complied, but no one ever showed up, and the beds remained empty for the rest of the day. I typically went to the beach around noon and never took sunbeds that were already occupied, so this sudden enforcement of a reservation policy felt arbitrary and unfair. It appeared that certain guests had the privilege to reserve beds without even intending to use them, while others, like myself, were moved unnecessarily. This double standard was frustrating and again highlighted a pattern of favoritism at the hotel. 3. Inconsistent Reservation Policies: The hotel’s reservation policy was confusing and poorly communicated. While I was told there were reservations for the beach, the reception claimed there was no such policy for breakfast, despite some guests receiving preferential treatment. When I raised these concerns with reception, they apologized but offered weak justifications, such as “some guests prefer to eat at the same table all the time.” This lack of clarity and the hotel’s failure to treat all guests equally is simply unacceptable. Final Thoughts: While the dinner service was excellent and professional, the discriminatory practices at breakfast and the beach left a lasting negative impression. A 4-star hotel should offer consistent and fair service to all its guests, regardless of how many meals they’ve booked or whether they prefer to sit in the same spot every day. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this hotel, and I left feeling like a second-class guest. I hope the hotel reconsiders its policies to ensure all guests are treated equally in the future.
