Park Inn By Radisson Amsterdam City West

I had a great stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam West! The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and had a lovely view of the city. Everything felt clean and modern, perfect for a relaxing break. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only small thing I would’ve liked is a proper floor-to-ceiling door for the bathroom, just for a bit more privacy — but overall, I really enjoyed my time here!

Summer in Amsterdam.. Booking made through Booking.com Staff were courteous and kept our luggage as we checked in quite late. Big property with many facilities. Great location, stone throw distance to public transport. Spacious room with decent facilities (had to ask for body lotion as it wasn’t there in the room) Safe surroundings. Best part, the shiatsu massage chairs near the lift, a relaxing 5 minute massage for 2€ at the end of long day of walking was amazing..

A deeply disappointing experience. This hotel was a complete letdown from the moment I entered the room. The furniture was outdated and visually unpleasant, with colors that felt more irritating than inviting. The floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the bathroom was equally unhygienic. But the worst part by far was the bed – unbelievably uncomfortable. I woke up every morning with back pain, and getting any restful sleep was impossible. Honestly, the experience was so unpleasant that it left me with a negative impression of Amsterdam itself. The only redeeming aspect was the reception staff, who were genuinely kind and helpful – but that alone doesn’t make up for such a poor stay. Definitely not recommended.
