To the Management and Staff of Park Inn Clark, Our recent stay at your hotel last July 11-13, 2025 was truly one for the books, and we’d love to extend our deepest gratitude for making our daughter’s 10th birthday celebration so memorable. From the smooth booking assistance of Sir Michael Gardose of Front Office, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. He patiently answered all our inquiries and made the entire reservation process hassle-free — a great start to what became a perfect family getaway. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and the level of hospitality from all departments — front desk, housekeeping, and food service — was beyond exceptional. Everyone greeted us with genuine smiles, and we felt sincerely valued as guests. But what truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful birthday surprise prepared for our daughter. Seeing her light up with joy reminded us how little gestures can create the biggest memories. Thank you for making her feel so special and loved on her big day. To the whole team — your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable. Thanks to the Housekeeping Heroes John and Mike! They went above and beyond every single day to make sure my room was spotless, refreshed, and welcoming. John and Mike’s attention to detail was impressive. Eeverything from the perfectly made bed to the neatly arranged toiletries made it feel like I was walking into a brand-new room every time. They even took the time to leave little thoughtful touches that made me feel truly cared for, like organizing my items just the way I liked and always checking in with a warm smile when we crossed paths in the hallway. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it absolutely enhanced my overall experience. John and Mike are a true asset to the hotel, and I hope their efforts are recognized. They made my stay feel like home.

We stayed there for a night before going to Aquapark. The room was just nice for the 4 of us (an extra bed was requested). Located just beside SM City Clark, it was convenient to choose from different dining spots and do last-minute shopping. Two small pools, gym, and spa are some of the amenities you can enjoy. We did not try the pools, so we did not know how deep they were, and there were no pool depth markers (safety issues for kids). We had our breakfast buffet at their in-house restaurant, Hues. There were few choices of local foods (seafood lomi, bangus sardines), breads/cereals/rice, salads, bacon and eggs, cut fruits, cakes, and your choice of cold (soursop or mango juice) and hot (coffee or tea) drinks. Although refilling/ topping up the empty foods took them a while, the food experience was nice overall. Service from the staff was great, from the security, check-in desk to the room attendants. Free wifi provided. Video was taken upon checkout as the room was dimly lit.
