Assalamu Alaikum The hotel is the best hotel that I have ever bought. I bought one room for 3 beds for 217 riyal. I came in this same branch hotel 4 years ago so they gave me a bigger room for the same price. The Receptionist was so so polite and friendly. The room is so clean so clean that even a king would live there. If we talk about Nearby Activities, there is a Masjid and a lot of cafes and food and drinks. The Masjid is so so beautiful. May Allah Bless You Ameen. Thank you

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights recently. I had two major issues! The hotel bus left my daughter and I on Friday eventhough we were waiting at the waiting area before 11am. The driver drove by, looked at us, then continued driving without stopping. Fortunately, the Saudi security guard saw what happened and immediately called the front desk. The driver eventually returned after about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, he got off the bus and wouldn't move for another 30 minutes. As a result, we couldn't make it on time for prayer in the Haram. Another major problem that kept annoying us was the amount of smoke that kept coming from the room next to us. I kept informing the reception, but nothing was done to fix the problem. They asked us to move to another room as a solution. I don't think that is an appropriate solution. Lastly, the breakfast was mostly dull tasting and the waffles were stale. I previously stayed at the Millennium and it was much better. I will never stay at Park Inn again.
