Visited Najran after long time, was surprised with the great development they have. the hotel room was very spacious, neat and clean, in good location near to all services. I checked in about midnight fast and easy , staff are very helpful. rooms are quite with big windows. thanks for the hotel staff for their warm welcome and great hospitality
Great service with great front office staff and even the restaurant staff were very helpful...however the shouting coming from the kitchen staff was annoying .... rooms are spacious and even the bed has mood lighting built in ...needs a tad of cleanliness on the carpets .... i do recommend this hotel
Check in took a very long time while our reservation is already paid But over all good 4 stars hotel
