Park Inn Veliky Novgorod

Great Hotel... Radisson is great as usual... One good thing is they have the receptionist, Restaurant persons who is knowing English and it was very useful for persons who don't know Russian. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious... Rates are less as I got a discount of Rub 2000 from regular price of Rub 5200 with breakfast. Staff are very co-operative. Nice stay and had already recommended this Radisson to my colleagues...

A fine Hotel, one of my favourite. Cons: strangely enough, when I had asked them for help with my luggage, their response was that they "do not have that service" = VERY odd, considering how even at small, two-starred Family Hotels and Guest Houses, there's almost always someone to help with your luggage, so, at a four(!) stars Hotel, this should and must be obvious. Also: the lack of air-conditioners, the lack of an actual wardrobe (a repeating problem here in Russia, by the way... in all the places I have stayed at thus far), the repeating problems with the card-key (which had to be rebooted three times, during my eight-days' stay... why not have a normal key??), and the (very!!) high price of the laundry. Pros: First and foremost, the EXCELLENT, VERY High Varuety Breakfast = one of the Best I've had, in fact. A Gorgeous one, and definitely the Place' number one winning card), but also the nice service (aside from their strange unwillingness to assist me with my luggage), the very comfortable beds, the nice swimming pool (which is Free for guests until 12 in most days) and the nice white robes.

Best hotel in the city! A bit pricy but spa is really good (except that sometimes the pool is too crowded and you cant swim...) the steam bath and saunas are good. Free soap available at the shower. Breakfast is decent. Staff is freiendly but almost noone speaks english. The bar is really expensive, hookah is ok. Rooms are good and clean
