Park Lake Luxury Hotel

Went with a dear friend for two nights and it was delightful!! Rooms are spacious with a beautiful view to the lake. Gardens are gorgeous. You can safely park your car. Breakfast is fabulous and personnel is always so very very nice and welcoming offering options that will make your stay even better (go for the chilean Eggs Benedict you wont regret it). Sauna and indoor pool experience was great (clean and orderly as one would expect a spa to be). Expect full safety, quietness, a super comfortable bed and room. Bathrooms are impecable and clean. Dinner at the restaurant was great too. Pisco sour and fish dishes. Ceviche was so delicious (Pasta not so much). The last day i forgot a shopping bag inside our room at checkout. We called and went back to get it hours later. They had kept my purchase safe. This says a lot about this place. I will go back for sure! Just book this place!

The place is nice, but you feel like you are in a prison at night. You cannot access the gardens to view the sky which was unfortunate, as it seems like a great place. Food service is slow (which is very common in Chile). It was also hard to find an Uber if we wanted to go to town as is about 20 minutes away. I will highly recommend the massages as they are well price and offer multiple options. Only wish they had mentioned it or added to the QR code in the rooms so we would had know sooner.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this hotel. They charged me twice for the same booking and, despite my repeated efforts over several months, have failed to refund the overcharged amount. Initially, the hotel staff acknowledged the mistake and assured me that the refund was being processed. Later, they claimed the money was "stuck with the bank" — a vague excuse with no evidence provided. Since then, all communication has gone silent. They first stopped responding on WhatsApp, then on Instagram, and now they no longer reply to emails either. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it borders on consumer harassment. Hotels are in the business of hospitality — at the very least, one expects transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel lacks all three. Their complete lack of integrity and disregard for guests once payment is received should serve as a red flag to any traveler. I strongly caution anyone considering this property — if something goes wrong, there is a real risk you'll be ignored, misled, and financially exploited. I will be reporting this matter to relevant consumer authorities and online platforms to ensure others don’t face the same ordeal. Travelers deserve better. Avoid this hotel.
