We had a super time at the property! After reading some not so pleasant reviews, our family of 10 was a bit sceptical to book. BUT, it turned out to be an amazing family holiday! The food was good, location is nice, rooms are spacious. The FRONT OFFICE staff was the very hospitable right from when we were checking in! Flawless service! Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Wang! We'd definitely be back once again when in Goa! 💖
This is definitely not a 5-star hotel as rated by google. It can be rated as 3-star hotel. The rooms are spacious but old. The bathrooms can be kept cleaner. We also found insects in the rooms. Toiletries, floor towels were missing until we ordered them. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful especially the person who carried our luggage in the golf cart. Other staff were also helpful. But there was also shortage of staff there which made the service little slow. It's just that the property needs to be properly managed and kept cleaner.
Service is totally 0. Not a friendly behave by reception staff. Room not clean. Phone not working. Shower kit towel not available on room. Better to find other hotel with same and chip price with better service
