Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay Singapore

The Best Hotel I have ever stayed in! We were visiting Singapore for six days and wanted to have a view of the Marina Bay sands Resort iconic structure from our room. We booked a Marina Bay view room on the 12th floor and it was worth it. We stayed for two days in the hotel then shifted to Orchard road. We watched as the colours of Marina Bay sands resort changed colours and the floating LV & Apple Store is also clearly visible with no hindrances. There’s a viewing balcony for each room facing the Marina Bay resort. The room had a tub and desperate shower area as well as a big King sized bed and modern amenities. Sleep quality was wonderful. The pool area was also beautiful and free access to hotel members. Located in a prime business locality, the crowd is premium as well as the amenities. There’s a 7-11 very close by as well as some malls next to the building. There are also bus stops at the Esplanade to take you to all the tourist spots. There’s even a MRT stop 10 minutes from the hotel.

We booked this hotel for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator Jodi was an absolute gem — responsive, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the planning process. She ensured every detail was taken care of and made the entire journey smooth and stress-free. The Atrium ballroom and foyer were absolutely stunning, providing the perfect space for our guests to mingle and take photos before the ceremony. It added such a touch of elegance to the entire event. After the ceremony, the staff thoughtfully helped bring our dinner up to our bridal suite, which we truly appreciated as we were both too busy to eat. It was such a considerate gesture. A special shout-out to the amazing team of staff who assisted during the wedding day itself — from coordinating the flow of the ceremony to assisting our guests, everyone was so professional, friendly, and attentive. Thank you once again for being such a big part of our special day. Highly recommended for couples looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding venue with top-notch service!

The facilities were great, but what really made our stay so enjoyable was the friendly staff. We didn't catch his name, but the bellboy remembered our even though we had only stayed a few times, and the check-in counter staff found me a room as soon as possible when I arrived early. We are truly grateful to all the staff for their kind and attentive service. Additionally, we were thoroughly satisfied with the space and service at the club lounge! Especially thanks to Simon’s wonderful smile and hospitality-filled service, we were able to enjoy a truly wonderful time. Simon! We will definitely visit again.
