Parkroyal Serviced Suites Singapore

Fantastic service from all staff here. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, the rooms could do with renovations BUT good central location, really lovely pool area and gym, and amazing staff. We enjoyed many hours at the pool bar, very tasty food at reasonable prices and best of all the most delicious fresh juices and cocktails mixed by the lovely Jasmine. This Wonder Woman took care of the whole pool area, which got super busy at times, and was always efficient, professional and friendly. Thank you Jasmine for making our stay extra special 😁

The rooms are very nice, obviously newly repainted and renovated. The building itself though is old and the windows are unsafe, so DO NOT LEAN AGAINST THEM! The workers here are lovely, always offering support and help during your stay. Staying at the serviced suites additionally grants you access to the pool gym and spa, which is new as well. A 5 star experience overall.

We spent 7 days at Park Royal Serviced Suites in July 2025 and we had a truly exceptional experience. Kisho and Cindy at the front desk are both valuable assets to your establishment. Their kindness, warmth, and helpfulness made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. Cindy assisted us with our luggage on check out. The building is centrally situated on the doorstep of the bus and Metro lines. It is clean and safe. Room was serviced by friendly and warm staff. We had a room with harbour views. Highly recommend this place for its outstanding service and location.
