Very comfortable accommodation experience, the staff are very warm and friendly, although some facilities are old, but overall very good. There is a children's playroom and a very large swimming pool, which can be used in the morning, afternoon and evening. There is a restaurant in the lobby on the first floor that provides breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner.
We love this hotel and came back for a second time for a couple of days. The staff is really nice and friendly and my wife got a special treat from the hotel for her birthday. My baby boy enjoyed walking around on the soft carpets. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The one lifeguard at the pool was a bit confrontational and aggressive over us not wearing swimming caps. We were sitting in the shallow end, taking photos. He tried to claim that its a nation wide policy. That is not true. All the good 5 star hotels in Taiwan let people choose if you want to wear a swimming cap or not. The other lifeguard intervened and saved the situation. Thank you to him. Still, we would definitely be back again.
There was a lot of noise because of renovation works at the hotel, waking us up at 7 in the morning and lasting all day. Reception staff was very friendly and helped us with a new room that was less noisy. Hotel amenities are good but the rules are very strict and a lot of things cost extra money.
