Parque Hotel Jean Clevers

Visiting this hotel was undoubtedly the best decision for our vacation. The hotel from the outside looks like a fairytale castle, with an elegance that makes it stand out in the landscape of Punta del Este. Inside, the facilities, services and attention of the hosts lives up to that first great visual impression. The breakfast is substantial and varied, the pool is large and well-maintained, and the beautiful, colorful garden is ideal for several relaxing walks. If there is availability, request the superior rooms with balcony facing the garden! Recommended 100%, we will be back!

We are so glad to have chosen this hotel for our stay. The staff deserves a mention for it’s friendliness and excellent manners. For a user of hospitality services, here in Uruguay and abroad, to find a place were they actually care about providing costumer satisfaction is a breath of fresh air.

Very good time at this high-end hotel, as part of an international conference. M By registering I got a good price but the base price (> $200/night) is quite high for Uruguay (but perhaps normal for Punte del Este). Truly impeccable service, from the reception (who speaks English) to the maids and the waiters. The breakfast buffet is really not very extensive… but the seasonal fruits are appreciated. You can eat outside in front of the swimming pool. The rooms are very clean and the bedding comfortable; old furniture. There should be drinking water fountains accessible to customers in the hotel (I used the staff one…).
