The hotel is very nice. Very clean. But the assistant manager Mr. Shaheen's behavior is very bad. He misbehaved with me once and misbehaved with my American citizen brother another time. I have stayed in this hotel more than 50 times so far. I’m so disappointed 😞

The pearl offer car service for airport pick up n drops for the zero hassle experience in travelling within the hustle n bustle of Dhakas chaotic traffic congestion. The spa services within The Pearl Hotel have made my business trip and incredibly relaxed and calm experience. The food was not good. The workers were kind ,which is good. There was no parking. The rooms were kind of nice. I had to stay in another room,because my room smelt awfull. This is because, it was raining and the carpet was wet. The carpet had a horrible oder.
