Pearl of Beirut Hotel & Spa

Pear of Beirut is neet place. I stayed at the hotel for one months. I felt like home with the worm service. Excellent help toward the reception. Friendly employees. I Hot water is always available. Electricity is available too despite of constant black outs. The WIFI service is available. I felt I'm in my place using these utility's. I would like to praise the good management . The hotel employs. That, I consider them a part of family

Terrible service. Paid in advance for 3 nights before seeing the room.After spending two horrible nights there decided to check out one day early. The Terrible manager Hadi Refused to refund me for the last night. I lost $75 but I am going to hire an attorney even if it cost me more money and I will sue the hotel just to prove that they are crooks.

I came from canada and needed a 1 night stay before my flight. I called to book and I had a room reserved and was told I was ready for check in. I show up with a baby and the room was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was dirty floors were dirty. The shower had dirt coming down with the water. The glass cups in the room weren’t even washed. The phone wasn’t working to contact room service and after they tried fixing it for a while I told them to stop. The tv wasn’t working either and after a while of discomfort we left 3 hours later. After telling the front desk they wouldnt compensate for anything. Never again!
