The water in the showers is HOT. Breakfast is amazing for the price. The rooms are spacious and quiet.
Generally fine. But the rooms are not noise proof. I can hear the noisy street below.
Rude Night Shift Reception Staff. They forcibly give used wet towel from other chked out rooms and tell they don't have dry towels. Totally non empathetic staff and not at all customer service oriented. It's advisable not pay them advance during chk in. Especially the guy at the reception is very irate and rude and doesn't pick calls when u call from intercom at night as he is busy watching TV on loud volume.
