Nice, clean and has a good pool hotel. Rooms have large balconies. friendly and polite staff . in the center, very close to the old city. Not far to the port. The breakfast is rich, plentiful and delicious. There is a beach next to the marina within walking distance. The only problem is that if it's a problem for you, you have to take a taxi to those famous beaches that are far from the city center The cleanliness and width of the toilets and bathrooms are also important to me, and they were also good in this hotel.
The room was (junior suite apartment ) very big and had plenty of space. The waiters and staff were really nice and helped everytime when we asked something. Pool was big and always had space. The problem is the food and the system with the sunbeds. You’ll have to be at 8.00 am reserving your beds or youre out of the game for the rest of the day. And still there were people reserving sunbeds but they didn’t eaven use them. The food is very average and we had lunch 2 times and the tuna sandwich was not what expected. Overall very nice hotel, not far from the old town, nice staff, big pool and comfy rooms. I would say 3-4 stars but not 5 stars.
Very average hotel. Staff were friendly. However, it's simply not a 5* by any measure of that metric. They might have gotten awarded 5* for facilities check box of gym, spa, tennis court and pool. But it's literally the tiniest weight station, one bed massage, one tennis court. I would actually struggle to rate this 4* by rooms or facilities. The hotel is spread out across 5 buildings, only one of which is in the same section as breakfast and pool. The other buildings are across the road and in fact two of them you have to cross a main street and a side street to get to the breakfast pool area. As to the pool, it's actually too deep. It's 1.50-1.80m and I'm a good swimmer and 1.92m and I want a pool I can relax in and enjoy, not have to tread water in. Maybe a personal thing but I wasn't the only one to comment that the pool was uncomfortably deep for a leisure holiday with children and teenagers. It's probably a really good 3* The price for the stay was exorbitant I would stay if the price was a lot less. But for that price range, you could find 4-5 better hotels in Kos
