My wife and I stayed for one night, and this was actually our second time returning—and for good reason! The front desk team was absolutely wonderful. Precious was especially kind, professional, and welcoming—she made check-in smooth and pleasant. Her warmth really stood out and set the tone for our stay. I also want to acknowledge her co-worker (I didn’t catch their name), who was just as helpful and courteous. Great service like this keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

The hotel is unbeatable for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service cleaned every day, changed towels and provided 2 bottles of water. The fitness room is also sufficient for a few activities, there are dumbbells, a stepper, a treadmill and a bicycle. There are also towels, disinfectant and a water dispenser. Everything important was thought of. The only drawback is the breakfast. The selection is okay, but unfortunately it didn't taste good. Plastic cutlery was also used. Everything seemed very loveless. The location is super brilliant as you can quickly get to the nearby theme parks, outlets and restaurants in the area. We would come back again.

The room service is the WORST here! To get towels or for them to clean the room although we told them nothing happened. I am not too sure what’s going on but I would not stay here again! We were warned with a review stating the same issue but still wanted to try it out. We stayed there one week and it was a horrible experience with room service! I am use to staying in hotels and never ever experienced this in my life. To get towels to take a shower we had to call them more than three times and if we didn’t go downstairs we would not have been able to shower. Parking is ridiculous 15.00. Why are they charging for parking when there is enough space on the property. Breakfast is another story. Why charge for breakfast if it’s going to be the same thing that we see at a continental breakfast at other hotels. The internet is horrible. TV kept shutting off in between movies. The pillows are horrible and melts under your neck. The beds are too close to the AC vent and my kids were freezing! For such warm smiles and friendly staff at the front desk it’s horrible to see my first impression wasn’t my lasting one.
