A truly magical and peaceful escape! The staff at Phapok Eco Resort were incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves, and it was a slice of paradise. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and be treated like royalty.
Such a perfect resort with my family in this time. Good room and no bug or mosquito in the forest. The meal exceeded my expectations. The service staff is the most important thing. I must find time to come every year.
Beautiful hotel surrounded by vegetation. Quiet, peaceful, and on the road to a famous trail to the Khao Krachom view point. All the employees were lovely. The pool villas are very well designed, clean, spacious and comfy. The hotel also provides air purifiers. Not 5 stars because of: (1) The restaurant: the waiting time was long in the evening. The food was disappointing and expensive. Good pumpkin soup but the pizza was really not great. It was hard and the dough tasted like margarine. Only one shrimp was added in the pineapple fried rice. (2) A few malfunctions in the rooms: the water didn't flow in the bathroom, the light of the AC very bright and cannot be turned off at night, the WiFi was very unstable (I think it depends on the villa). It would be nice if the TV had Netflix as well.
