Never ever even think about staying in this hotel. 5star can not have paper cups at breakfast for coffee. 5 star can not have one type of fruits for breakfast (only apples in the country which is great for its fruits). 5 star can not have dangerous smell in the toilet of Supreme 2 stage Suite and paper holder which is hardly holding. 5 stars can not have curtains half taken off and I should not fix it myself.

Most terrible place I have ever been. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. A dirty and stinky whole. Everything- rooms, service, beach, food- beyond imagination bad. It is totally helpless and totally ruined our vacation and whole impression about Romania. We were forced to find urgently another hotel to save our vacation.

Not even Close to a 5* hotel. Terrible experience! Very dirty, the room and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned once in 5 days, just topped up the towels and the toilet paper. Run out out of shampoo and shower gel after 2 days. Went to reception twice to ask for some cleaning products. The resort toilets were very dirty, probably cleaned once a day… 
They advertised that there are 4 restaurants in the resort, arrived at the property around 15:00 and till 19:00 there is nothing you can eat in the resort, eventually find out there are just 2 restaurant with food serving 07:00-10:00 breakfast, 13:00-15:00 lunch, 19:00-21:00 dinner. Surprise at the end of our stay we found out our car was damaged in the car park (it was a fight between staff members for some unpaid debts), reported to reception, they looked on the CCTV’s but they just ignored our complain and said they can’t do anything about it and asked to call or go to Police station to submit a complaint. Not recommend this property! Disappointed!
