We got in at midnight from the ferry and arrived with instructions left at reception for us. The room was left with lights on and heater going in the room for us when we arrived. Fantastic service. Clean comfortable and centrally located. Will stay here again.
Easy check in, room was clean and tidy. Close to a loud popular bar, so if you want a quiet early night, go a little further afield. Sadly my son picked up bed bugs or flea bits while we were there, and when I called the desk about this they were not at all sympathetic. Basic, clean and affordable.
Receptionist came off rude and condescending. Room was mediocre. No kitchen sink or tap, had to use bathroom water for a coffee. Queen Bed uncomfortable. Very wobbly. We came in a campervan and I had requested for parking but when i arrived I swiftly got told to move it onto the loading zone which is in the middle of the road.
