I took my partner here as a surprise for his birthday, and it was perfect from start to finish. The staff kindly suggested their one-bedroom studio romance package, which was an incredible offer and the view from our room was absolutely stunning! They went above and beyond, allowing me to drop off some decorations beforehand, which they set up beautifully for the surprise. When we arrived, there was an amazing grazing platter and champagne waiting in the room, along with a thoughtful birthday card and chocolate for my partner. The facilities were peaceful and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast the next morning was included, with the choice of a buffet or à la carte, the food was delicious and the service fantastic. Such a hidden gem! We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for making my partner’s day so special. xx
The only problem that I encountered was that I asked for my room to be serviced on the start of the second day. For some reason, this was overlooked and it was not done. I had to reduce stars from 5 to 4 for this reason Everything else was how it should have been. Very approachable staff and tidy grounds. I would not hesitate to stay again
Had no hot water. Staff wasnt pleasant. Receptions closes at 7. Expect guest to return before 7:45 for registration? Ridiculous service ever met with. Calls get routed to tradewinds hotel and nothing is available after 7pm. Location isnt good. Wont be back.
