Pier Beach Hotel Apartments

Perfect place for a holiday. Balcony with Seaview. The hotel is also close to the Church. Many restaurants and Coffee shop around. Is also great area for Cycling ..Strolling. The only thing that I don't like is the loud sounds of the Car all night.

A very nice self catering studio room but lacking in facilities. Only a total of 6 clothes hangers. Not enough kitchen storage, needs a wall unit to store food. Needs a draining board. Needs a coat hanger by the door. Needs hooks in the bathroom. Needs a drying rack for wet beach clothes. Otherwise a very nice hotel with friendly staff. It's in a good location by the sea and near the old town. Book direct with this hotel, we booked through booking.com and paid more... We came here to inline skate and this area is perfect for this sport. We are able to put our skates on in the hotel and skate straight to the promenade with is smooth. Then head to the port and into the old town to explore. Street skating is best done either late in the night or early in the morning because there is a lot of traffic.

I can't say I enjoyed stayong in Pier Beach hotel. The positive - large room. Really close to the beach and the promenade. Reasonable walking distance from the old city. Lovely staff. Good continental breakfast. The negative: I finished my staying not feeling well. I couldn't sleep. The hotel is located on the beach boulevarde. It is a noisy street with lots of vehicles. The window is not sound proof and it sounds like the vehicles are in your room. So either use ear plags, or look for an hotel with sound proof windows.
