Pistachio Hotel Sapa

Pistachio Hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to Indian food and key attractions. The customer service is truly outstanding — they went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including arranging a birthday cake and securing a private car at the last minute. When we realized late at night that we had booked the wrong bus, the staff acted quickly and helped us find a suitable option for the next morning. Their service was simply superb and incredibly helpful throughout our stay! Highly recommend this hotel and we will book this hotel for our next visit.

I had a superb time staying at this hotel: the staff and the service are all great, the breakfast buffet is a healthy smorgasbord, even the menu in the restaurant for regular hours are good and aftordable. The room is phenomenal: clean, spacious, has a great view - very relaxing. On the top floor you can enjoy the bar with free karaoke (albeit limited songs for foreigners) and the infinity pool (from 7am to 10pm). It is a four-star hotel and I did really feel the luxury that came with the price I paid for! The five-hour journey from Hanoi to Sa Pa was worth it!

We spent 2D1N in Sapa and this hotel gives us a very nice experience. The building is huge, spacious room, big lobby so easy for pick up or take Grab/Taxi. Room facilities was great although the TV need to improved since its old and the picture is not clear. They give you welcome drink which is refreshing and you can borrow umbrella if you dont have any, weather in Sapa somehow unpredictable. Very close to town, and in room menu food service also good. We also received free upgrade from Superior to Deluxe room which take us to higher floor and get balcony. Thank you for the hospitality!
