One of the best hotels in Bishkek and an amazing restaurant and hospitality is on the top. The staff speak perfect English and are friendly and make you feel welcomed. I wanted to change my room and they did it in few minutes and upgraded me and their service is amazing. The location is best and everything from supermarkets to lounges and malls are all within walking distance of 10-15 minutes and a lot of groceries and green parks and variety of restaurants. Just an amazing experience and I will definitely come back 10 times to the same hotel.

Very amateur service. Our friends got a key card where other guests were staying. Our room AC wasn't working, took a long time to gives us another room. Great breakfast though.

Dear The Plaza Hotel Manager, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my guest recent stay at your hotel (19-21 June), booked through Kyrgyzstan Travel Agency. As a 4-star establishment, I expected far better service and maintenance standards than what my guests and I experienced. **1. Unacceptable Room Conditions:** - One of our three rooms had a broken bathroom door that could not be locked. When my guest raised this at the front desk, the staff dismissively claimed *"all rooms are like this"*—an unprofessional and inaccurate response. - After intervention by our travel agent, you provided a replacement room, then for its air conditioning to fail the next day. The front desk again failed to resolve the issue or offer alternatives, stating no rooms were available. **2. Poor Service Attitude:** A 4-star hotel should prioritize guest comfort and promptly address issues, not dismiss them. The lack of urgency, refusal to take accountability (*"cannot be repaired"*), and failure to provide compensatory solutions (e.g., room upgrades) reflect poorly on your brand. I hope in future your team had to assurance that maintenance and staff training protocols will be reviewed to prevent recurrence. Your Sincerely, Kelly Woo
