A great location and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed at Poetica for 2 nights after a busy week in the region and it was the perfect relaxing stay that we needed. Highly recommended as a place to unwind and relax, with close metro links to take you all over Naples. Would definitely go back!
Had a wonderful stay and experience. Martina and Antonio were beyond great and made you feel like part of their family. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Phenomenal location and modern vibe. Rooftop is beautiful and has a wonderful view of Naples. Definitely will be my home away from home when in Naples.
Room was great - unfortunately there was an issue with booking and they wouldn’t refund a room that was booked TWICE. Also the entrance was quiet sketchy. Convinient for the ferry but besides this probably won’t go back. My food delivery told me it was a bad area and to not go out alone at night.
