Polat Thermal Hotel

Although many of my friends who I told about going to the spa in the summer thought I was crazy, after a 2-day holiday I realized how right my decision was. The pools are very clean, the thermal bath is incredibly beautiful and healing. There are indoor and outdoor pools. We couldn't use the Turkish bath and sauna because they were under repair. The food was not bad. The rooms are air-conditioned and spacious.

I will only give 2 stars cause the employees were good. The hotel is a total disaster. Looks like it hasn't been maintained for over 50 years. The aqua parc was closed. Pools super dirty, there was water dropping from the ceiling. The food was the worst. Almost nothing was eadable. Huge disappointment. And the worst thing is. When you book through the phone number, that you find on google you get connected to an agency that charges you a provision that costs as much as a stay for a day in the "hotel". This hotel does not deserve any stars at all . Only good thing was the kidness and the good manners of the employees

1st impression was good for this place. Only spent 1 night here as part of a tour. The thermal Spa is the best bit. The room was OK and clean, but needs updating. The heater didn't work and it was a cold spell. The staff were a bit rude. The food was the worst bit. Inedible. The drinks prices were extortionate. 1 night was enough.
