Great traditional hotel in Paarl. Good pricing. Excellent location. Lovely views of the mountains. The rooms are great ... and a nice breakfast is available in the morning.
We stayed over a weekend and it was unbelievable. The staff treated us with great food and service. Nothing is to much effort for them. We enjoyed it to the max! Thank you Pontac Manor Paarl
Staff not friendly or helpful at all. TV , aircon not working and was told to wait till next day. Room service “sorry , not in stock” Breakfast buffet, low budget and again, good morning and a friendly smile makes a big difference.
