As usual, they didn't disappoint. We enjoyed the live band a day to their anniversary. My uncle kept smiling all through but they wronged me because on February, their midi platter came with prawn and puff puff, this time they removed the two and replace with plantain and the reason we went for that is for my uncle to eat the prawn. The first time I came there, there was a booklet that contains the items each platter will contain, but funny on my last two visit, no more booklet to show you what they are bringing. Please they should work on bringing back the old method of the varieties each platter contains, it helps with making a choice
Rooms were spacious; had kettle, towels, ACs in good working condition, smart TV, amazing room service, fast restaurant and bar service, great gym and instructor, safe and secure reception. However, all the network was horrible. We had to rely on the hotel wifi for WhatsApp calls to communicate with those outside.
Chair had mold couldn't sit on it Ac stopped working at night and was seriously dripping water Mosquitoes welcomed my body with open arms. This was my second time here, their customer service was great though. Will I come again YES but I will ensure my room meets the standard before check in
