We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this amazing hotel for one night. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was truly outstanding—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with large, comfortable beds that ensured a restful sleep. The bathroom was also quite roomy, clean, and modern, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to visit Ulaanbaatar. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip!

I stayed in Room 1308. There were so many problems on the 14th floor that I asked to move to another room, but they changed it to a worse room on the 10th floor and complained to me, so I changed it to a room on the 13th floor. I'm so disappointed to hear that the hotel has only this much service in this condition. I'm a travel influencer who travels around the world, but I've never had a hotel like this many times. It's absurd to think again about the employee who was just staring at the request to call a taxi.
