READ IF YOU ARE MUSLIM OR DRESS MODEST: I had a very upsetting experience at Hotel Premium Park in Prizren. A staff member yelled at my mother for wearing modest swimwear at the pool and told us we had to leave or change. We don't wear bikinis due to our religious beliefs, and her swimwear was made for swimming. This felt discriminatory and Islamophobic. No one should be treated this way for their modesty or faith. I expected respect and inclusion, not judgment. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values religious or cultural tolerance.
This hotel canceled our booking 2 days before we arrive without notice through booking.com, with excuse they gave to booking.com that card is not working. When we called they said they gave our booking to another group and they are now booked. Clearly they are odd. Don’t book with this hotel.
The hotel tried to charge all the money a month before the arrival date from my visa although my reservation made with option to pay at the property!!!! This is off course will negatively impact my plan and it is very suspicious! I had to cancel and find better respectful alternatives specially after reading the bad comments mainly from Arab. If they don’t want Arab, they can make it clear without taking the difficult route and making their life miserable
