Great location! The hotel is right next to the night market. The Family Room is very spacious with one single bed and two double beds. We stayed on the 4th floor, room 405. There's no swimming pool. Parking is available in front of the hotel along the street, but during the night market, parking is unavailable there—you’ll need to park at the nearby temple for 30,000 Kip. The staff were friendly and kind. The breakfast was excellent, offering chili paste with boiled vegetables, deep-fried vegetables, northern-style sausage, rice porridge, cereals, a variety of desserts, and plenty of drink options. If you request an extra room key, there's a deposit of 300,000 Kip, which is refunded upon check-out.

Excellent hotel management. Great room. The hotel is just across the street from the night market. The thing it may be a bit noisy at times.

Central location - walking distance from most sites and opposite the night market. There are also a couple of other night markets a few streets down selling food specifically. Staff are friendly. The room is large and well appointed, and mine had a balcony. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style. I would still suggest it is overpriced for what it offers.
