Location is very best as you should expect from a hotel at this level. Very good staff and the best service I have received so far.
Very good hotel with a wonderful, wonderful wonderful service. My luggage got lost by airlines, and everyone was so helpful trying to contact the airport, the airline, showing me places where I could buy personal things. The service in the restaurant is very generous, and the food is delicious. It's kind of slow, but probably because they have a menu with too much options and all the food is fresh made (it's not frozen and heated in a microwave).
Decent hotel, but given that it claims to be a 5-star establishment, it falls a little short of expectations. More often than not there was no hot water and when I reported it, I was told that other people had also reported it and that the problem would be looked at. It was also difficult to reach the hotel by phone, as there seemed to be a problem with the line (listed on the website). The breakfast spread was also fairly average. Service otherwise was friendly and efficient. From a location point of view, you cannot do better you’re attending a conference at the BICC.
