We had an excellent experience here! The staff are excellent, the room service was outstanding - the room and bathroom were always sparkling clean when we came back at the end of the day and all used towels replaced every day. I was impressed! (I hang up my towels to reuse them, as is customary in hotels where I'm from, but here they were always replaced with fresh towels! It was very nice to experience). The breakfast options had limited protein selection, and lots of pasty selection. The pistachio croissants are excellent! The views from the accommodation are phenomenal and it's a nice and quiet area. Accessing the accommodation is a little hair-raising with the narrow roads and fast traffic, but it's all a part of the experience! Food options within walking distance are limited to two establishments. I highly recommend having your own transportation. I really appreciated and enjoyed being able to play the grand piano in the lobby - my thanks to the management!

March 2025 -stayed here for 7 days vacation in Catania, Sicily. -very clean room. Room is cleaned daily. Very polite receptionist and breakfast satffs. -we have 2 kids (and 4 adults) got this due to pool. But pool can only be used during summer. And we checked in on Spring. Kept saying sorry to kids who wants to swim everyday. -got this because of 4 star rating, but the feeling is somehow 3 star in some ways. -breakfast is the same everyday with slight changes in bread and cakes. -3 hot breakfast options never changes everyday, consist of bacon, scrambled egg, and boiled egg. The rest are cold. But we still eat very well. 2 times the bacon are burned. Breakfast staffs are polite, and professionals. -location is somehow on middle of the hills. With great view on balcony. -receptionist are very helpful.

The room we had was and nice clean no tea or coffee facilities in the room, we didn’t have a balcony which is a shame staff are nice free shuttle bus.
