Very nice hotel with private parking, pool. The place was not crowded, rooms were clean. The only issue was the transformator that was rattled all night. Breakfast was good and also the staff were very kind and nice. I really recommend it even with children. Pool water temperature was over 30, so you can enjoy it immediately. Would be great if it is open around 7, so if you are on a business trip you can enjoy it before work.
It was a really hot day and night in Novi Sad while we stayed there, and the AC cooling was non-functional. It was so hot in the room, and the bathroom felt even worse. Sleeping was almost impossible. The jacuzzi in the spa area was unavailable due to maintenance. But the gym was very good for a hotel gym.
The rooms are stuffy and warm and the air conditioning doesn’t work. When I try to address this, they said that’s just how it is. I had to open the windows and listen to a noisy street instead of getting a good nights sleep. The rooms are in adequate And parts of the bathroom. Do not work. There is no space to put your amenities. The staff is not helpful.
