Prima City Hotel

We stayed at the Prima City Hotel in Tel Aviv as a family for 10 days and had an absolutely outstanding experience. Prior to our arrival, we arranged with the hotel to have a baby crib and an extra bed for our two young children (ages 3 and 2), and everything was perfectly prepared when we got there. The beds were very comfortable, the bed linens were always spotless and fresh, and the towels remained clean and pleasantly scented throughout our entire stay. There was plenty of storage space, and when we asked for additional hooks to hang clothes, they were provided immediately. The housekeeping staff was incredibly responsive—always there within five minutes whenever something was needed, and they fulfilled every request with great care. Breakfast was excellent, especially for guests who observe kosher dietary laws. Even during Passover (including Kitniyot), everything was strictly kosher. There was high-quality coffee from a bean-to-cup machine, fresh water available at all times, and a variety of egg dishes could be ordered directly from the kitchen. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any need—we have never felt so well cared for during a hotel stay. Our children felt comfortable and happy as well. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. There are two elevators for quick access to the rooms, as well as an underground parking garage. All in all, a perfect stay for a Tel Aviv vacation—we would definitely come back!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – central, convenient, and close to everything. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location one street from Gordon beach and one street from Dizengoff street and mall-we had deluxe room good size for tel aviv-great breakfast selection of fantastic different types of salads everyday - Friendly breakfast staff and chambermaids-good value hotel compared to the locale-even had a pillow menu-very impressed! As this is a kosher hotel it does not have a religious environment - on the sabbath they serve a dinner on the Friday evening at an extra cost! Otherwise it only has breakfast service-no bar etc
