Beautiful place, with all the modern amenities, in a refurbished stone house. The pool was very nice and had a lovely view, the garden was pristine. We had a lovely time exploring the Peneda-Gerês national park
We stayed at Casa Mae here at Casas de Selim and really enjoyed our stay. Our 4 bedroom unit was in perfect condition and centrally-located in the village. The pool and grounds were very well kept. Going to town is a quick 10 min drive. This was our favourite place to stay in our lengthy Portugal trip. I will certainly recommend it to friends and family.
Love the location, in the middle of a little town surrounded by the locals. It's about a 6-10 drive into Arcos de valdevez. The houses are clean spacious and well decorated. The service is 5 stars. They have a pool that can be used by the other guests. The pool was clean and pool area had adequate amount of lounge chairs. Very quiet in the evening. Definitely stay again.
