A fair option in Place Rogier, nothing fancy but fine for a night or two, specially if you are travelling for work. Room was comfortable and well equiped. The location is perfect in terms of connection to train and metro, and also walking distance to the city center's main attractions.

I recently stayed at Hotel Progress and felt it was more of a 3-star experience rather than the advertised 4-star. The shower was cramped and small, and the toilet had visible staining from hard water, which gave the bathroom an outdated feel. Additionally, the reception staff was often not present at the desk, and I wasn’t provided with any information about the hotel facilities upon check-in, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel's location is very convenient, being close to train and tram stations and within easy reach of the city center. Overall, while the location is great, the hotel could benefit from some updates and improved customer service to match its 4-star rating.
