What an incredible hotel. Stunning rooms and common spaces . Great breakfast. Luxury toiletries and very comfy beds. All the staff were lovely. Easy walk from the station and to lots of restaurants and bakeries

I had an amazing time chilling at the hotel. The decor had this cool Tainan fusion vibe that I really dug. We had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, and it was seriously impressive—five-star decor with an awesome atmosphere. The elegant chairs, lights, and wall tiles all screamed Tainan history. I loved how they set up the space. If you stay here, breakfast is a must. The croissants were way better than I expected, and they were super generous with the all-you-can-eat beef and grilled fish. The 8th floor is a co-living space where you can cook, make coffee, and read. It's really beautiful and spacious, with some hidden corners for quiet reading. Parking was also super convenient.

TLDR: If you book a room at this hotel, make sure to confirm that you’re getting the room you expect. Leaving a 2-star review because of the deceptive photos shown when booking on Agoda. When we booked the room, there was only one photo of the lobby. Other rooms all had 6+ pictures, even the ones labeled as dormitories. The room we booked was the “Gallery Double Room”, which was basically a closet with a bunkbed which combined with the small wardrobe took up 2/3 of the floor space. When we asked the front desk, they weren’t surprised and behaved as though this was a standard event. In the end we were forced to pay to upgrade the room for one night, but there were no other rooms available for the second night of our stay and we had to stay in the gallery double closet. The hotel itself is nice and the staff friendly, but the way they chose to present the room online was deceptive and they made no attempt to resolve through issue.
