Pug Seal Oaxaca

Amazing experience at Pug Seal. The staff and team were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was spacious enough and has all the necessary amenities. Great coffee at the reception. The breakfast area is so charming and the entire hotel is filled with interesting art pieces.

Love, love, love! This boutique hotel is beautiful, an old house with 22 rooms. Included breakfast is fantastic. Loved the concept! Can’t wait to visit the other hotels they have in Polanco Mexico City

Pug Seal is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The kind service and greetings we received from staff throughout our stay were wonderful. The rooms feel large and beautiful. There’s a middle courtyard area on the first and second floor that has tables and couches for relaxing, it’s beautiful. The breakfast is outstanding with wonderful, attentive service. Everything inside Pug Seal is so zen. There’s high attention to detail in everything they do from the a welcome drink, water and coffee readily available at all times to the peaceful music and a local incense that is used outside in the courtyard at night (the smell isn’t strong and it smells great). Also, they are very responsive to emails before your trip, which was unique compared to other hotels we tried to communicate with prior to our trip to Oaxaca. They’re also great over WhatsApp if you have questions while you are in Oaxaca. The location is unbeatable to all the top attractions and restaurants. Just a block or two away from a lot of our favorite places from the trip. I can’t wait to come back to Pug Seal. This hotel is a joy to be at. Don’t hesitate, book this hotel. It’s worth it.
