Pullman Paris La Défense

Good morning! I came for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. Adam was very helpful he checked on me several times to make sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated his kindness and approachable attitude. The staff here are doing a great job. Keep it up! Adam was always smiling and doing his work with a genuinely happy heart. Excellent customer service done by Adam.

Waiter Pascal Dabriou was our waiter for several breakfast mornings and he was wonderful. He was very attentive and went out of his way to build a rapport with our family, especially our kids. He was very sweet and remembered what my daughter liked and brought it to her every day. We were always excited when we realized he was our waiter. The food and the service during breakfast were excellent and true highlight of our trip. A very welcome surprise was realizing that the “Family room” was actually two separate rooms! With their own bathrooms! So having this extra space (and extra bathroom) was amazing! Thank you to Pascal and the Pullman for a great Paris experience!

5-star experience! The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable from the moment we arrived. Their warm welcome and attentive service made us feel right at home. The location was also perfect, with all key areas within easy reach. Highly recommend for its excellent service and convenient location.
