Pullman Reef Hotel Casino

A lovely ‘old world’ feel hotel - there are not many hotels left in Australia with the calibre of service and ambience offered. The staff are well trained with a great eye for service. The hotel is well located, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the lagoon. Our junior suite was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and quality food and beverage. Absolutely nothing to fault and highly recommend.

We stayed in a city view junior suite for a week. The room was excellent. Very spacious and good views of the pool, city and inlet. Great location and options within the hotel. Any good hotel has great staff and the Reef Hotel Casino has plenty. Everyone was talkative and interacted. Special mention to Timothy at reception for his help a couple of times, but housekeeping staff were great. Loved Tamarind who also had amazing staff. Thoroughly recommend and will be back.

Sun, warmth and relaxation was the reason we stayed here. The proximity to the water was fantastic, while still being close to the main shopping area. Everyone is so helpful in the hotel, especially concierge, nothing is too much.
