Punta Gorda Isles Haven

Great place with awesome views! Everyone was so accommodating especially Debi at the front desk. I spent 11 days at this hotel and it started to feel a bit like home. Thank you for your hospitality! Can't wait to come back.

We just experienced our second stay at this hotel due to repairs to our home. Like the first stay last year, the hotel is exceptional. Room was spotless and breakfast was fantastic. So many choices! With that said, all the staff was friendly and very helpful. One person definitely stood out. Front desk staff member, Debi Decker was outstanding. When we arrived, she remembered us from last year. Every time we walked through the lobby during our 3 night stay, she greeted us by our first names. Unbelievable customer service! Both stays, we were dealing with some very stressful issues regarding our home and she made our day. Debi is truly an asset to the Marriott organization.

I stayed at SpringHill Suites Punta Gorda for a baseball tournament and had such a great experience. The hotel was super clean and the room was modern, spacious and comfortable. We got in late Friday night and Adonis at the front desk was awesome. I mentioned I was allergic to down pillows and he actually came up to our room himself to check and switch them out. After a long drive, that kind of service was really appreciated. In the morning, Liz was at the front desk and she was so friendly and welcoming. We also asked to have the room cleaned for the second night and they came in, gave us fresh towels and straightened everything up. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding customer service. Can’t wait to return!
