Qafqaz Tufandag Mountain Resort Hotel

I will start from the location. It is around 30 minutes from the Gabala railway station. Surrounded by the mountains, beautiful property. The staff was courteous and offered us rooms on our arrival, though we were two families ahead before the check inn time. I cannot find a single thing which was average for me. The rooms were spacious and nice. Cable car station is on level 4 of the hotel along with quad bike and kids play area. Breathtaking views. And the icing on the cake, FOOD. Every single item we ordered was amazing and fresh. We had burgers, noodles, dips and bread, soups, wine. All the items were super super yummmm leaving us craving for more. I would have to extend my stay if the trip was not preplanned.

Very relaxing stay at the resort. Quiet rooms, excellent view and the room service food was very tasty and fresh. The staff are helpful and prioritize customer service. I would suggest they have more than one staff at the check in counter as the waiting time was a bit higher than other places. I noticed that there was only one staff at the reception at all times.

We visited this place just for dinner and really enjoyed our evening. The service was friendly, and the location itself is modern and beautifully designed. The food was very good, and the cocktails were excellent – definitely a highlight. The terrace area could have been a bit cleaner, but it didn’t spoil the overall experience. One small downside: the menu was only available digitally, which we found a bit inconvenient for a restaurant of this standard. Also, the local beer was unfortunately out of stock. Despite these minor issues, it was a great night, and we’d be happy to come back.
