This hotel was truly amazing. The food was excellent, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and organized even during a very busy and chaotic time. I don’t think there is any hotel closer to the Imam Ali shrine you can’t beat the location. What impressed me the most was their honesty and fairness. I checked out a day earlier than planned, and they did not charge me for the extra night I had already booked. In all my years of travel, I’ve never had another hotel do that for me. For security, don’t worry if they ask to keep your passport it’s their standard practice and completely safe. Overall, an outstanding experience that I would highly recommend.

I'm surprised on everything.. The best service, the food they give us very delicious and you can choose whatever you like from a lot of kinds of foods. The location is perfect one step to the harem. Communication is in a high level. I wish these guys all the best.

This is a very good hotel—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service is amazing, and they offer many amenities that other hotels don’t. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The only downside is the pricing, which can be a bit expensive, especially for non-Iraqis. There are different rates for Iraqis and non-Iraqis, despite both receiving the same service, staying in the same rooms, and using the same facilities. As an Iraqi paying the local price, I still find it unfair that others have to pay more just because of their nationality. This is especially concerning during times of Ziarat when all visitors, regardless of where they come from, are here for the same purpose—to visit Imam Ali (AS). Pricing should be equal for everyone. Other than that, the hotel is excellent and highly recommended for those who don’t mind the price difference.
